HEALTH & SAFETY (COVID-19)
For all our guests who travel with Matt Wright, Explore the Wild tours and visit the Top End Safari Camp we know and understand that hygiene and safety is more important now than ever. That is why we have implemented sanitisation and safety measures to maximise your safety when you travel with us.
Physical Distancing
We are currently offering self-drive options to our property tours. Individuals can access our tours and comply with the current physical distancing guidelines.
Hand Sanitiser and Hand Washing
We have placed hand washing and hand sanitising stations in convenient locations to ensure customers and staff can access them easily and frequently along with informative posters on best practices.
Sanitising vehicles and surfaces
We have trained our staff to adhere to and follow procedures on disinfecting high-touch areas of the sky deck, pontoons, toilets, vehicles, vessels and helicopters between each tour group to help ensure they are clean for every new customer.
Equipment such as headsets, seatbelts, pens and lifejackets are also included in the ‘high touch areas’.
your responsibility
All customers are required to declare that are in good health prior to travel upon arrival at the Top End Safari Camp.
If you have symptoms of respiratory illness, including loss of smell, nasal symptoms, sore throat, tired, cough or fever we ask you to please stay home, stay away from other people and arrange to be tested for COVID-19 infection.
